This policy explains how Motkan LLC handles information on the Outbound OS website and in live demo requests. Customer installations and commercial services may have additional contractual privacy terms.

What you share with us
The demo form requires your name and email address. You may also provide your company, package and hosting preferences, preferred time and time zone, and a message. We record the request language, request identifier, submission time, privacy notice version and any referral campaign tags supplied in the page URL. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We save your request as a contact in our own Outbound OS installation to respond, arrange your demo and discuss the setup you asked about. Submitting the form does not enroll you in automated email campaigns or a marketing subscription. Where European data protection law applies, responding to a requested demo or quote relies on steps taken at your request before a potential contract; website abuse prevention relies on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
Technical information and local storage
Our server uses a temporary, hashed network identifier and hashed email address to limit repeated submissions. These rate-limit entries expire within one hour and reset on restart. Our hosting and access providers may process IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the website. The marketing site does not install advertising cookies or analytics trackers. The interactive demo uses your browser’s local and session storage for preferences and fictional edits; it does not send those edits to our customer database. Your browser language preference determines the first page language. A manually selected language is saved for up to one year in a functional cookie named outbound_language.
Who can receive the information
Our authorized team and the infrastructure or communications providers needed to host the site, store requests and respond may process this information. We do not sell demo request details. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to protect our rights and the service. If you choose an external booking link, the calendar provider’s own privacy terms also apply.
Locations and international transfers
Motkan LLC is a United States company. Processing locations depend on the hosting and communications services in use. Contact info@motkan.com for the current locations, recipients and any applicable international transfer arrangements. Customer hosting locations and any required data processing terms are addressed separately before service.
How long we keep it
We keep demo request information while responding and assessing your request, and while a related business relationship, legal obligation or dispute makes retention necessary. Retention depends on the status and purpose of the request rather than a fixed automatic deletion period. You can ask us to delete an inactive inquiry at info@motkan.com. Temporary rate-limit entries are separate from the saved contact record.
Your choices and rights
Email info@motkan.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to stop follow-up about your inquiry. Depending on applicable law, you may also request restriction or portability, object to processing, withdraw consent where consent is used, or complain to your local data protection authority. We may need to confirm your identity before fulfilling a request. Providing a name and email is voluntary, but we cannot arrange an emailed demo response without them. We do not make legally significant automated decisions from your inquiry.
Customer data and changes
For data stored in a customer’s own Outbound OS installation, contact that installation’s operator. Any Motkan hosting or processing obligations are set out in the applicable agreement. This website is intended for business users, not children. We may update this notice as our services change; the date below identifies this version.
