These terms cover the Outbound OS website, its interactive demo and demo request form, operated by Motkan LLC. A paid software license or hosting service requires a separate agreed order.

Use the site for lawful business evaluation. Provide accurate contact information and submit only details you are entitled to share. Do not misuse the form, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service or use the website to distribute harmful content.
Demo requests
Submitting a form asks our team to contact you about a demo or quote. It does not automatically reserve a time, purchase a product, guarantee availability or create an account. We confirm scheduling and any proposal directly with you. The interactive demo contains fictional data and prepared outputs; live sending, verification, provider connections and AI generation are disabled.
Software packages and pricing
Outbound OS is offered in Full Access, Find & Verify and Sending packages. The website explains their intended scope; the signed order defines the binding features, version, seats, installation limits, price, payment arrangements, support, updates and any refund terms. A one-time software fee does not include unlimited future services, third-party usage or infrastructure. No payment is collected by this website.
Licensing and hosting
A commercial purchase grants a right to use the agreed software, not ownership of its source code. Self-hosted customers receive a deployment package and manage their own infrastructure unless otherwise agreed. Managed hosting, operational responsibilities, security arrangements, service levels and data processing terms require a separate agreement. Applicable license conditions govern activation, validation and permitted installations.
Responsible outreach and AI
Users of a licensed installation are responsible for lawful contact sourcing, applicable email and privacy rules, provider policies, suppression choices and the content they send. Review AI-assisted text and classifications before relying on them. Finding or verifying an email does not guarantee delivery, accuracy, permission to contact, replies or commercial results. Product examples on the site are illustrative.
Intellectual property and availability
Motkan LLC and its licensors retain rights in the product, branding and website, subject to applicable third-party licenses. You may view the site and evaluate the demo; further copying or distribution requires permission or another legal basis. We may maintain, change or suspend this website. To the extent allowed by law, website examples and demonstrations are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or fitness for a particular use. Mandatory rights and obligations under a separate contract are unaffected.
